Refund Eligibility
Refunds are strictly limited to one specific circumstance:
The customer has completed 100% of all available training modules
The customer can demonstrate no measurable increase in business productivity
The claim must be submitted within 90 days of completing all training modules
Proper documentation of business metrics must be provided
Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refunds will be issued for:
Partial completion of training modules
Unused subscription time
Change of mind or business direction
Technical issues within the customer's control
Price changes
Account cancellations
Service discontinuation
Lack of feature utilisation
Refund Request Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria above:
Submit a detailed report showing completion of all training modules
Provide clear business metrics from before and after training completion
Include specific examples of how you implemented the training
Email all documentation to help@maybetech.com
Allow up to 15 business days for review
Terms & Conditions
All sales are final unless meeting the specific criteria outlined above
Subscription payments are non-transferable
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that don't meet all criteria
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing fees are non-refundable
Free Trial Period
We offer a free trial period
Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the service during this period
Trial periods are not eligible for refunds
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid period
